2. Eligibility

  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Access to the service requires a paid subscription. The price, billing frequency and subscription period will be updated within 24 hours of payment.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.
  • You will not misuse the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • You agree not to submit inappropriate, offensive, or misleading medical inquiries.
  • You agree not to ask our doctors any medical questions about another patient and you are solely responsible for any clinical problems that may arise for such patient.

  • Use of Medinfinitum does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
  • The Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Professional medical care must be obtained from licensed providers in your jurisdiction.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with:
    • U.S. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) where applicable.
    • Canada’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

  • For Canadian users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
